The Design

 

Ceremony Close-up

The (2) altar ceremony pieces will capture the attention of all. This piece will feature, seasonal greens, babies breath, fresh deep red roses, burgundy mums, pink alstroemerias, and pinkish/purple carnations.

Reception Concept

Using the arrangements from the ceremony, we can double use the (2) from ceremony in the reception. In addition, smaller table arrangements with be on every other table with candles on the others. Current final count for reception design: (5) tables with floral on 18in vases and (5) tables with floating candle clusters. The sweetheart table will feature a variety of all the floral plus hanging orchids.

  • A blend of all florals listed above wrapped in white/ivory ribbon

Bridesmaids - 3

  • A smaller version blend of all florals listed above wrapped in soft pink ribbon 

Groom’s Boutonnire - 1

  • Red rose as feature with babies breath and greens wrapped in white/ivory ribbon

Boutonnieres - 3

  • Groomsmen similar but simplified version of the groom - All others will be a rose with greens and babies breath wrapped in soft ribbon

Status: Final meeting will occur 30 days prior to wedding via zoom as discussed.

Floral availability changes all the time and with uncertain US tariff variation and demand, the items in this proposal/quote are subject to change due to demand and availability. Should there be any issue with supply, substitutions in the same price range will be offered not later than 30-days prior to the event. Additionally, if there is a need for insurance to be carried at the venue, there will be an additional charge added to the final cost.
