The Design

 

Ceremony Close-up

The (2) altar ceremony pieces will capture the attention of all. This piece will feature, seasonal greens, babies breath, burnt orange roses, white calla lilies, white alstroemerias, white stock flower, burnt orange mums and white spray roses.

Reception Concept

Using the arrangements from the ceremony, we can double use in various locations arounds the venue as discussed (sweetheart table). In addition, smaller table arrangements with be on every other table with candles on the others. Current final count for reception design: (12) tables with floral on 20in vases and (13) tables with floating candle clusters.

Pricing

Total: $4,365 ($500.00 Deposit Paid) ($2,000 Partial Payment Paid)

Remaining Balance: $1,865.00

Status: Confirmed 50% Payment of $2000.00 paid 3/15/2026, remainder will be due 30-60 days prior to wedding. Any updates to quantities will be finalized before final payment to reflect reductions or additions to the second half/final payment. Final meeting will occur 30-60 days prior to wedding via zoom as discussed.

Floral availability changes all the time and with uncertain US tariff variation, the items in this proposal/quote are subject to change due to demand and availability. Should there be any issue with supply, substitutions in the same price range will be offered not later than 30-days prior to the event. Additionally, if there is a need for insurance to be carried at the venue, there will be an additional charge added to the final cost.
